Look For The Week.. My Go-To Makeup Look

I am the kind of person that never leaves the house unless I know I look presentable enough. There are times when I have been in a hurry but yet never fail to leave the house without some mascara and a lippie. Even if I am extremely late, I manage to atleast pick up a lipstick and apply it in the car on my way :p

I have a makeup look that is easy to do and takes only 10 to 15 minutes. It is really simple and definitely my go-to makeup look. I wear this when I have to go for some shopping or if i am casually meeting a friend and it is great even for work.

So first of all, here are the products I used for this look..

I started by applying Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in the shade "Light Porcelain" all over my face and neck and blended it using my fingers. I then covered a few blemishes with the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in the shade "Fair" using my fingers. I used the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind concealer in the shade "Light" to cover my dark circles and blended it by slowly dabbing with my ring finger. I used the Essence All About Matt loose powder to set everything in place.

Moving on to the eyes, I simply brushed my eyebrows into place with a clean spoolie brush and let them stay natural. Next I applied a thin winged liner using my favorite Inglot AMC Gel Eyeliner in "No.77". For my lashes, I used a single coat of the L'Oreal Telescopic mascara after curling them with a basic eyelash curler. I then tightlined using Rimmel Scandel Eyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal in "Black". This helps make the lashes appear fuller.

I used the NYX Powder Blush in the shade "Mocha" on my cheeks. Finally for my lips, I used my new love.. MAC "Mehr". It is such a beautiful shade and I cannot have enough of it!
